My college has been a nurturing ground for my growth, offering a supportive environment and excellent resources. My mentors have been beacons of wisdom, guiding me
through challenges with their expertise and unwavering support. My friends and family have been my pillars of strength, offering constant encouragement and motivation. Lastly, my books have been my silent teachers, enriching my mind and expanding my horizons. I am truly blessed to have such a strong

My Success Story
From a very young age, I always had a deep interest in teaching. However, I never initially considered it as a profession. Like many others, I chose a conventional career path and secured a placement in an IT company. Although it seemed like a promising start, I soon realized that I was unable to find satisfaction or
joy in my work environment.
Despite being in a different field, my passion for teaching never faded. I often found myself exploring opportunities related to education, especially pursuing a B.Ed degree. Eventually, I made a bold decision to resign from my IT job and follow my true calling. I took admission for my post-graduation, marking the beginning of a new journey.
During this phase of life, I also got married. Soon after, the world was hit by the COVID-19 pandemic, and with the added responsibility of childbirth, my career took a temporary pause. This period created a gap in my professional journey, but it also strengthened my determination to return stronger. Once my child turned five, I decided it was time to rebuild my career and continue my education. Alongside this, I consistently prepared for government job examinations, but success did not come easily. However, I did not give up. My persistence paid off when I appeared for the B.Ed CET examination and secured good marks, earning admission into the reputed KKWAGH B.Ed College.
The constant inspiration and encouragement from the teaching staff at the institute played a crucial role in shaping my journey. With their guidance, I gradually built my confidence and skills. Today, I am proud to say that I am working as an English teacher at the same institute, turning my long-held passion into a fulfilling profession.
I remain deeply grateful to everyone who supported and motivated me during my difficult times. Their belief in me helped me believe in myself and achieve my dreams.

I not only learnt various teaching strategies, techniques, methods but  also understood the psychological ways of handling children of various  age groups. I successfully got a job. B.Ed has helped me plan my class lessons & also my life, where you create a path, stay focused & achieve the goals. I am very grateful that I have got a chance to educate the children & guide them & help them find their purpose in life. I thank all my teachers & professors for imparting the knowledge & helping me grow.

Now, when I go to school and then in my class, my students wait  for me, they love me and they are part of my life.This college has given me  everything I wanted and think more than my expectations. I cleared my B.Ed with flying colours, that is, with outstanding grade. I am now eligible for teaching higher classes which will definitely polish my teaching skills and also make me a financially independent person. I have learnt the various skills of teaching, from how to introduce the lesson, how to conduct the activities, how to make the lesson more interactive and interesting, so that teacher should get the expected learning outcome. I also understood that, not only teaching of content is important but life values should be inculcated through the lessons because today’s children are tomorrow’s citizens. I also learnt that Education is not just about going to school and getting a degree. It’s about widening your knowledge and absorbing the truth about life. भारतीय संस्कृतीचे जतन करीत आधुनिकतेचे आणि तंत्रज्ञानाची सांगड घालत आमच्या सारखे शिक्षक घडवीत आहे .उद्याचे सुंदर भविष्य निर्माण करण्यासाठी, मुलांना योग्य दिशा मिळवण्यासाठी देशाच्या प्रगतीचे द्योतक आहे. या महाविद्यालयातून परिपूर्ण शिक्षक घडविण्यासाठी कोरोना एक महामारी या संकटकालीन परिस्थितही ऑनलाइन अध्ययन आणि अध्यापन प्रक्रिया चालू ठेवून आम्हा शिक्षकांना नवनवे तंत्रज्ञान , भाषा ,व्यक्तिमत्व विकास अशा सर्वच अनुषंगाने सखोल ज्ञान देणारे प्राध्यापक मला लाभले. आज मी एका नामांकित शाळेत नोकरी करीत आहे. B.Ed च्या या परिपूर्ण प्रशिक्षण अभ्यासक्रम पूर्ण करतांना घडविलेल्या संस्कारातून मी अगदी आत्मविश्वासाने प्रभावी अध्यापनकरण्याचा प्रयत्न करीत आहे .महाविद्यालयाचे प्राचार्य डॉ .भूषण कर्डिले यांच्या शिस्तप्रियते बरोबर विद्यार्थ्यांच्या अडचणी समजवून घेऊन त्या सोडविण्यासाठी पर्यंतच्या कौशल्यआत्मसात करून मी माझी प्रगती साधू शकले.

After completing my B.Ed. in English literature.I got golden opportunity to work in the primary section as a PRT Teacher in the same school. I became so much happy …. “My dream came True”. I have applied my all the Knowledge and Pedagogical skills in my teaching and learning process by going beyond traditional teaching methods in front of pupils. This course helped me to become a Successful Teacher. I had been always remembered all these my supportive guide Professors in making of Daily lesson planning and teaching process. Apart from this I stood very prompt and confident in my any kind of work.
